Puppy Pre-Adoption Application  When you have decided that a Riverwind Shilohs puppy is right for you, please read, print and fill this out completely and be as specific as you can about what you are looking for in a pup as well as your experience with previous dogs. It must be received with either a deposit or prepayment to go on our puppy lists. The mailing address is listed on the "contact" page.
Once prepayment (secures your place on a puppy list) or deposit is received by Riverwind Shilohs, you will receive email updates (done via bcc for privacy) on all the breeding activities that take place here. You will find out as soon as a bitch goes into heat, when they are bred, when they whelp and you will get photo updates at birth and approximately every 2 to 3 weeks of the pups. The litter will be evaluated at 8 weeks of age and puppies will be matched with the families immediately following. It is important for you to be very clear on what you are looking for and where you can be flexible.

Please note that contracts and agreements must be read, filled out and signed by buyer and complete payment received by Riverwind Shilohs two weeks prior to the litter evaluation. Failure to do so may impact your getting a puppy from your chosen litter and you may have to wait for the next available litter. Puppies will be ready to go to their new homes two days following the litter evaluation. Please make sure that you provide a phone number to Riverwind for the puppy placement phone call on the evening of the litter evaluation.

Breeder's Agreement       Only for breed & show quality male puppy buyers. 

Co-Ownership Agreement    Only for breed & show quality female puppy buyers, fill out yellow highlighted sections. 

Spay/Neuter Contract for Non-upgradeable Pets     Only for pet quality puppy buyers.

Breed and Show quality female puppies: Print and fill out and mail Riverwind Shilohs Sales Contract, Riverwind Shilohs Nutrition and Socialization Guidelines and Agreement, and Riverwind Shilohs - Breeding Bitch Co-Ownership Contract


Breed and Show quality male puppies: Print and fill out and mail Sales Riverwind Shilohs Sales Contract, Riverwind Shilohs Nutrition and Socialization Guidelines and Agreement, and Riverwind Shilohs - Breeder's Agreement Contract
